Imagine a Multimodal Research Paper

    My art class is doing work with digital tools right now. Using a program like Windows Movie Maker can give students a chance to really express themselves. Being able to add music, voice narration of others or themselves, upload pictures, etc...really is a great way for students to be provoked to think about what information they want included and how they want to go about sharing their thoughts. I think a Multimodal Research Paper has the potential for a student to feel proud of his or her work and really take ownership.
